Evaluasi pemanfaatan ruang berdasarkan indeks konservasi di Sub DAS Cikapundung Hulu Provinsi Jawa Barat
Abstract

Pemanfaatan ruang di Sub DAS Cikapundung Hulu saat ini menyebabkan terganggunya proses interaksi ekosistem dalam DAS, sehingga menurunkan tingkat kualitas daerah aliran sungai Cikapundung bagian hulu. Hal ini disebabkan oleh maraknya alih fungsi lahan di kawasan tersebut. Banyaknya perubahan tata guna lahan di Kawasan Sub DAS Cikapundung Hulu telah menimbulkan keraguan terhadap penerapan Rencana Pemanfaatan Ruang yang termuat dalam RT RW. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan ruang terhadap kondisi hidrologi atau fungsi konservasi Sub DAS Cikapundung Hulu, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi pemanfaatan ruang di kawasan Sub DAS, terutama ditinjau dari indeks konservasi. Analisis indeks konservasi dilakukan dengan prinsip analisis neraca air. Dari analisis tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan lahan tahun 2009 telah menurunkan fungsi konservasi secara keseluruhan di Sub DAS Cikapundung Hulu. Dengan metode vegetatif dan rekayasa tekonologi, diharapkan mampu memperbaiki kondisi Sub DAS Cikapundung saat ini.

ABSTRACT
Space utilization of the upstream of Cikapundung currently has caused disruption of the interaction of ecosystems in the watershed, thereby reducing the level of quality of the watershed. This is mainly due to the rampant land conversion in the region. Number of changes in land use in the sub watershed area of the upstream of Cikapundung has caused hesitation on the implementation of Spatial Use Plan contained in the Regional Planning. To know the influence of land use to the hydrologic condition or conservation function around the watershed, it is necessary to evaluate the space utilization in the watershed, especially in terms of conservation index. The analysis of conservation index was carried out by by using the principle of water balance. From this analysis it is known that in 2009 the land use had lowered the overall function of conservation in sub-watershed of the upstream of Cikapundung. By using vegetative and engineering technology methods, are expected to improve the present condition of the sub watershed of the upstream of Cikapundung.
