Kajian kondisi air tanah di Kecamatan Porong dan Tanggulangin tahun 2011-2013

ABSTRAK
Semburan lumpur panas di Desa Siring, Kecamatan Porong, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, telah berlangsung sejak akhir Mei 2006 hingga saat ini dan telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, terutama aspek sosial yang menimpa masyarakat di daerah Porong dan sekitarnya. Lokasi tempat mereka bermukim telah berubah menjadi lautan lumpur. Semburan lumpur Lapindo telah berlangsung selama tujuh tahun, hingga kini belum menunjukkan tanda-tanda akan berhenti, bahkan hasil pengambilan gambar udara, Senin, 1 April 2013 sore, semburan lumpur bercampur asap putih masih terus keluar dari titik semburan dan meluber ke kolam penampungan. Pada tahun 2011, 2012, dan 2013 dilakukan pengambilan percontoh
air sumur gali lokasi yang sama di Kecamatan Porong dan Tanggulangin. Metoda yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitas air di laboratorium dengan mengacu pada Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater dan Standard Nasional Indonesia. Kualitas percontoh air mengacu pada Surat Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 907/MENKES/SK/VII/2002 tentang Standar Kualitas Air Minum dan sistem Storage and Retrieval (STORET) tentang Klasifikasi Mutu Air Tanah. Percontoh air sumur gali yang diambil dari Kecamatan Porong adalah sembilan belas, dan di Kecamatan Tanggulangin adalah dua puluh lima. Hasil analisis kualitas air sumur gali Kecamatan Porong sangat buruk dengan nilai STORET -116 (tahun 2011), -68 (tahun 2012), dan -76 (tahun 2013), bahkan kualitas air sumur gali di Kecamatan Tanggulangin lebih buruk dengan nilai STORET -126 tahun 2011, -110 tahun 2012 dan -104 tahun 2013.

Hot mud blast in Siring Countryside, Sub District of Porong, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, have taken place since end of May 2006 till in this time and have generated various negative impact to environment, especially social aspect
which befall society in Porong area and its surroundings. Their location has turned into mud ocean. Lapindo mud blast has taken place during seven year, but up to now not yet shown to be desisted, even result of on air picture intake,
Monday, 1 April 2013 evening, mud blast mixed white smoke still come out from blast spot and spread to collecting pond. Water samples collection of dug well have been taken from Porong and Tanggulangin Sub District in 2011,
2012 and 2013. Methodology used is water analysis quality in laboratory based on Standard Methods Examination for Water and Wastewater, and Standar Nasional Indonesia. Quality of water based on Decree of Minister for Public
Health RI Number 907/MENKES/SK/VII/2002 about Quality Standard of Drinking Water and Storage Retrieval and system (STORET) about Classification of Ground Water Quality. Dug well water sample taken from Porong Sun District is nineteen, and in Tanggulangin Sub District is twenty five. Analysis result of dug well water quality in Porong Sub District is very bad with STORET value - 116 ( in 2011), - 68 ( in 2012), and - 76 ( in 2013), even the water quality of dug well in Tanggulangin Sub District is worse with STORET value - 126 in 2011, - 110 in 2012 and - 104 in 2013.
